Review: Sephora Elemental Energy Eye Shadow Palette

I bought this palette quite a while ago, probably when it first came out but never got a chance to review it. I can say without a doubt, that this is one of my absolute favorite colorful eyeshadow palettes! The palette is part of Sephora's partner project with Pantone and contains 16 colors, all themed around the energy elements. The palette is still available online for $38 with 0.08oz of eyeshadow per pan.

The palette has a magnetic lid, much like that of Inglot and is split up into quadrants based on the corresponding elements. My favorite quad is definitely the Fire, followed by Earth. I love warm colors and the selection in this palette is just wonderful. There's a variety of finishes, everything from matte to glitter. Another unique touch are the lovely patterns corresponding to each element that are embossed into the eyeshadow. The eyeshadows are quite pigmented and fairly creamy feeling to the touch. The weakest color is probably the matte blue in the Water element quad, but it is easily built up so if you are patient you can still get true to pan payoff.

Honestly there isn't much to say about this palette except for that it is absolutely beautiful and if you love color, you need it in your life!
